Jarraian eskaintzen diren datu eta grafikoek, 2023an egindako azterlanaren ondorioz egindako edukien eguneratzea dakarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grafiko guzti hauetan ematen den informazioan, indarrean dagoen hitzarmena duten langileak eta lan erreforman xedatutakoa aplikatzearen ondorioz hitzarmena iraungita dutenak agertzen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Negoziazio kolektiboaren egituraren mapa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Soldatako biztanleria osoa ez dago negoziazio kolektiboak araututa. Biztanleria horren zati bat lan baldintzak arautzeko akordioen eraginpean dago (funtzionarioak eta pertsonal estatutarioa) eta beste zati batek inoiz ez du izan hitzarmen kolektiborik. Beste alde batetik, 2012ko lan erreformaren aplikazioaren ondorioz, zenbait langilek hitzarmena iraungita daukate eta ez daude ezein hitzarmenen babesean.
